This charming 1,000 square feet two bedroom, one bathroom guest home was built in 2007 to US standards. The home comes complete with A/C, hot water, ceiling fans, screens, a well equipped kitchen, terrace, outdoor shower, separate palm roof gazebo with hammocks, safe, and alarm. Surrounded by flowering tropical gardens, Casa Iguana is just a short walk to the pristine white sand beach, glassy surf waves and beautiful tropical sunsets that make Santa Teresa such a magical place.
This tropical home has teak beams, a shingle roof, aluminum doors and fully screened windows, with hardwood furnishings throughout. Casa Iguana is surrounded in privacy by gardens which include tropical hardwood trees and exotic local flora and fauna. The kitchen is well equipped with a 16 cubic foot refrigerator, four burner gas stove and oven, a dining set for four, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and more.
